Join us in celebrating the 100th Anniversary of one of Des Plaines' crown jewels:  The Des Plaines Theatre!

Download a coloring template (or create your own), drop off your masterpiece and be entered into a drawing to win a Dinner and Show for 8 People, and more! 

All entires will be included on a Limited Edition Commemorative Poster that will be available in the Spring of 2026. 

AND you will also be included in a drawing for some fantastic prizes!

Entering the Drawing  is easy! 

1. Create Your Des Plaines Theatre Artistic Masterpiece. You can: 

• Download and color one of our pre-created coloring templates below.  OR 
• Create your own drawing, painting or other mixed media work or art from scratch.

2.  Drop Your Finished Work of Art off at Des Plaines Public Library:

• You can drop off your masterpiece at The Canvas, located on DPPL's 4th floor, or at the the 1st Floor Information Desk. 
• The Deadline to submit your entry is December 29, 2025. 

3.  Receive your Drawing Ticket.  

• One ticket per entry. Limit 3 entries. 
• The drawing for prizes will be done in mid-January. 
• Winners will be notified.
