Taxpayers whose income is at or below $51,000 a year may contact the Willow Creek Care Center, 67 E. Algonquin Road, South Barrington. To make an appointment for preparation by certified volunteers, call (224) 512-1344 and leave a message, email financialservices@willowcreek.org, or come in person to the care center when a scheduling volunteer is available.
