It’s important to make sure your project follows any intellectual property laws, such as copyright, trademarks, or patents. By submitting a project, you agree to take responsibility for any legal matters related to intellectual property and to release the library from any liability.
2. Sharing the Space:
The Canvas is here to support individual creativity and learning. The intended purpose of the space is for innovation and invention. It is not designed for mass production and/or commercial use.
3. Project Quality & Privacy:
We do our best to provide reliable equipment and support, but please keep in mind:
- We can’t guarantee your project will turn out exactly as planned.
- Equipment availability and functionality might vary.
- We’re unable to guarantee the privacy of your designs or projects.
- We can’t promise specific delivery times for completed projects.
4. Protecting Your Work & Devices:
- We’re not responsible for damage to your projects or personal devices while using the Canvas.
- Be sure to save your work to your own storage devices to keep your files secure.
5. Taking Care of the Space:
If any equipment or areas of the Canvas are damaged beyond normal wear and tear due to intentional misuse or negligence, users may need to cover the cost of repairs.
