QuickMenu Save Document

To permanently enable active content locally...

1: Select 'Tools' --> 'Internet Options' from the IE menu.
2: Click the 'Advanced' tab.
3: Check the 2nd option under 'Security' in the tree (Allow active content to run in files on my computer.)

America's Obituaries and Death Notices	A collection of newspaper obituaries and death notices from newspapers across the country.

Ancestry^® Library Edition	In Library Use Only. Access to a large number of genealogical and historical databases.

Chicago Tribune Historical Archive NewsBank	Contains morgue clippings covering major stories from the 1920’s through 1984, front pages from 1900-1984, and obituaries and death notices from 1860-1984.

Chicago Tribune (ProQuest Historical Newspapers)	Full-text of the newspaper from 1849-1985.

Chicago Tribune on Digital Microfilm	The Chicago Tribune and the New York Times are now available on digital microfilm. Full image content is available beginning in 2008 (there is a 2-3 month lag before the newspapers appear). The content is browsable but not searchable.

Heritage Quest Online	Census data, local histories, city directories, land and probate records, vital records, Periodical Source Index (PERSI), and more.

New York Times on Digital Microfilm	The New York Times and the Chicago Tribune are now available on digital microfilm. Full image content is available beginning in 2008 (there is a 2-3 month lag before the newspapers appear). The content is browsable but not searchable.
