We have 13 public computers for children. Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint), filtered Internet,
online
databases and School District 62 databases are available. Des Plaines
library card required. (A school ID may be used to receive a
temporary library card when needed.) Black and white and color
printing available for a fee.
Four learning computers are geared to toddlers and their parents.
Software on these computers includes Arthur’s Preschool, I SPY
Junior, Reader Rabbit Toddler and more. Two additional learning
computers have software for grade school children.
