The third floor, which is the gold floor, houses Popular Materials and Readers Services. Here you will find new books, fiction, current magazines and newspapers, audiovisual materials, and several study rooms. Also on this floor are the high school collection, a special teen room, large type materials, foreign language and literacy collections, abundant lounge-style seating, and an architectural "bridge."

The Rotary Heritage Reading Room is a quiet, technology-free place for reading and reflection. It houses the Mullenbach Collection of award-winning and classic fiction for children and adults. All of these books may be checked out for four weeks. The collection was funded by the late Jane Moore to honor her aunt, Jane Mullenbach.
