First Floor Virtual Tour

The first floor houses several public meeting rooms, the Information Desk and the Circulation Desks.

	The beautiful wood used for most of the desks and wood trim throughout the library is Anegre (pronounced Anna Gray), which comes from West Africa. The Information Desks on each floor have an Anegre veneer with maple hardwood trim.
One of the architectural highlights of the building is a four-story atrium with a majestic staircase and a hanging sculpture called Sky Word.
