You are at least 13 years old, or you are under 13 and have the permission of your parent/guardian to submit your library memory.

All submissions will be reviewed prior to publication.

The Des Plaines Public Library reserves the right to edit the content of all submissions prior to publication and to withhold publication of any submission.

All submissions automatically become the property of the Des Plaines Public Library and the Des Plaines Historical Society (Owners).

All submissions and names of contributors may be published or distributed by the Owners in print, electronically or in other forms.
